Crimes: The Bothan Spynet reports that both the Empire and the Rebellion want to see Bib Fortuna dead, and they are each offering substantial rewards.
Bib is currently acting as majordomo to Jabba the Hutt, and is considered extremely dangerous. As he is under the Hutt's employment, he is always well protected by his guards. He aids the crime lord in his smuggling, spice, and extortion businesses. If taken alive, he could provide the information that we need to get a warrant issued out on Jabba himself.
He is also wanted for his part in the current destruction of his home world. Slaver ships are constantly attacking Ryloth's cities, and a very large proportion of those that are kidnapped are being brought back to work for the Hutt's organization. The Empire and the Rebel Alliance are offering current bounties of 25,000 and 15,000 credits respectively.
