Guidelines for Submitting Content
All content submitted to our editors is subject to the following guidelines:

• Submit only content which you feel is complete and has been done to the best of your ability.
• Be sure to proofread the article for grammatical and spelling mistakes. By doing this, you save our editors alot of time when reviewing your content for public approval.
• Content submissions may be updated at any time. We hold the right to modify any information within your submission. You may update your submission at any time by:
  • Using this form to submit the newest version of the content piece, while noting in the "Your Comments" that you wish to replace this submission with your previous one
  • Send an email to swgeditors@stratics.com with the latest version of the submission, including a URL of where the older version is on our site
• All content submissions must be the original work of the author noted in the submission. Users may submit others work, but please contact the author and get their approval before submitting the content item.
• Submissions containing profanity and/or sexual material will be deleted.

This form is not to be used to send questions to our editors. If you wish to send a question to our editors, please send it to swgeditors@stratics.com

Guidelines for Submitting Guides
In addition to the above stated guidelines, please adhere to the following rules:

• All guides must be as complete as possible. If you wish to submit a "rough-draft," this is fine. Simply mention the status of the guide in the "User Comments" section of the form and we will hold the guide in our database. If we feel it's complete enough to display, we will do so unless instructed not too.
• Must be put into the correct category. You can select the category the guide best fits into by using the drop-down box provided in the "Section" portion of the form
• All guides must include, in the "Your Comments" portion of the form, an email of the person submitting the guide and the author of the guide (if different). Your email will never be publicized nor used for ay other purpose then contacting the submitter and the author about their guide (such as for updates, ideas, etc.)
